THE SLUSHI PARTY JOURNAL
Why a Ninja SLUSHi drink may not freeze
Start with the official FS300 Series FAQ: check sugar content and the model-specific MAX line. Do not apply its figures to every machine.

Check the FS300 sugar guidance
The official FAQ says inputs need at least 4% sugar for a slush output. This statement applies to the cited FS300 Series guidance.
Check the fill line for your named model
The FAQ distinguishes 48 oz for FS300 and 64 oz for FS301/FS301C. Follow the line and guide for your exact model.
Escalate using the maker’s manual
If the issue persists, use the model-specific manual and SharkNinja support; Slushi Party is not manufacturer support.
Check the drink first
For the FS300 Series, Ninja's official FAQ says too little sugar prevents a drink from properly slushing and specifies at least 4% sugar in inputs. Check the nutrition label on your drink. If using a sugar substitute, do not assume any product will work: follow the manufacturer's recommended substitutes and the guide for your exact model.
Check the MAX mark for your exact model
The same FAQ says to fill to the MAX line for the best dispensing experience and distinguishes 48 oz for FS300 from 64 oz for FS301/FS301C. These are values published for the models named in that FAQ, not a rule for every Ninja SLUSHi. Find the mark on your unit and check its manual; never exceed its limit.
Do not generalise across the product range
A nearby series number does not establish capacity, programme or alcohol tolerance. SharkNinja publishes separate guides for different series. Use the guide that matches your model for setup, programmes, compatible ingredients and cleaning. This page summarises only the two quantitative points from the cited FS300 Series FAQ.
If the issue continues
Follow the troubleshooting in your model's official guide and contact SharkNinja support if the unit still does not operate as described. Slushi Party is an independent recipe and party-planning app, not the manufacturer's technical support service.
