Method

Chill the liquids to 4–8°C.
Measure and mix all liquid ingredients in a pitcher. Do not put ice or solid pieces in the bowl.
Pour the listed volume for your model without exceeding its limit. Select the stated programme.
Let the cycle finish, then serve. Add garnish to the glass, never to the bowl.

To serve

Grapefruit slice and optional salt rim, added to the glass only.
